Finishing the work. Furthering our mission.

Eternal Rock is more than a building—it is a spiritual home. A place where people gather to hear God’s Word, grow in faith, build relationships, and serve the community. Everything we do here is shaped by our mission: “God’s Word for your everyday.”

Through God’s grace, we have been blessed with a beautiful facility, and we are already seeing how he is using it for worship, discipleship, and outreach. But important parts of our building remain unfinished. As we continue to grow, it is time to complete the spaces that will help us fully live out our mission. That’s what this campaign is all about.

We’re calling it Our Church—because it’s not about a committee or a construction crew. It’s about us. This is our shared opportunity to finish the work God has started and prepare our space to serve the mission he’s given us.

Learn more about our goals below, and we invite you to join with us as we strive to carry out our mission together.

Finishing the Work: Projects

We are seeking to raise $282,000 to complete three key areas of our facility: the chancel, the classrooms, and the landscaping.

Each one serves a clear purpose in our shared ministry.

  • This is the space where the gospel is preached and the sacraments are shared. Right now, it’s functional, but not finished. We want it to reflect the beauty and reverence of what happens there each week. When people walk in, we want the space to say: This matters. God’s grace is here. We will update our altar and baptismal font to be modern and uniform, and add modern artwork to reflect the mountains that give glory to God and the landscape in which we are blessed to live out our mission.

    Completing it will:

    • Create a beautiful and reverent focal point for worship.
    • Improve sound, lighting, and function for both preaching and music.
    • Visually express the importance of worship and the power of the gospel.
  • Our classrooms serve children, youth, and adults throughout the week. These rooms are full of life—Sunday School, Bible studies, youth nights. But they’re still missing the thoughtful touches that show our kids and families: You’re valued. Built-in storage, finished cabinetry, meaningful artwork—these aren’t extras. They’re signs that we care about shaping hearts and minds with God’s truth.

    Upgrading these rooms will:

    • Provide a safe, organized, and engaging space for children and families.
    • Support adult education, outreach events, and group ministry.
    • Reflect our commitment to raising up disciples of all ages.
  • First impressions matter. Right now, our exterior doesn’t reflect the warmth of what’s happening inside. With some simple but intentional updates—paths, gathering areas, plants, and signage—we can create an environment that feels like home before anyone ever steps inside.

    Finishing the landscaping will:

    • Create inviting, accessible, and attractive exterior spaces.
    • Provide areas for outdoor gatherings, fellowship, and community events.
    • Reinforce that from the parking lot to the pulpit, we are a church that cares.

Furthering our mission: Your Invitation

This is more than a building project. It is about who we are and what we value as a church. It is about preparing our facility to fully serve the purpose God has given us. It is about continuing to be a place where people experience God’s Word for their everyday.

We are inviting every member, every family, and every friend of Eternal Rock to be part of this shared effort. Through prayer, through generosity, and through partnership, we can complete the work before us—and be ready for the next chapter of our ministry together.

This is our church. This is our campaign. Let’s finish it—together.
